- Beat the lowfat milk and egg yolks together. Fold in the sugar. Cook over medium heat till the mix coats a spoon. Stir often or possibly it will burn. After cooking, sift in the cocoa and mix well. Cold for 2 hrs in the refrigerator. Add in the cream and vanilla and mix well again.
- Chill overnight for best results in the Donvier.
