  1. In a medium saucepan, mix the lowfat milk, sugar, cocoa, and corn syrup. Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 min, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue stirring till mix forms a hard ball when dropped in a cool c. of water (about 236 degrees F) Set aside, let cold and add in butter to mix, but DON'Tablespoons STIR.
  2. After butter melts and mix cools, stir in vanilla. Beat well till fudge hardens. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let cold 10 min.
