- Mix to taste....Coat the fillet with the sauce and place in a grilling basket on your grill.
- Another way is to go to Cracker Barrel and buy the Cajun Spice Mix they sell and grill in the basket on your grill!
- NOTES : I love catfish!! This is one of the best ways to fix it.
