- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue or possibly roquefort cheese
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- Dash of garlic pwdr

- Put all ingredients except cheese into blender container, cover and process at Mix speed, till smooth. Stop blender and add in cheese. Cover and process at Stir cycle.
