- In microwave safe mug or possibly c., beat lowfat milk, sugar and cocoa till well combined. Microwave on high till mix is heated through. Stir and serve warm with miniature marshmallows, if you like. The miniature marshmallows only add in about 2 calories each and there is no extra fat.
