- 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Arrowroot mixed with 2tbsp water

- Pour the water, cocoa pwdr and sugar into a small saucepan and stir over low heat till dissolved.
- Remove from the heat, stir in the arrowroot slurry, return to the heat and whisk till thickened.
- Remove from the heat and whisk till smooth.
