- 1 lb Dry small white beans, rinsed
- 4 1/2 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Molasses
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/4 lb Salt pork, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
