  1. Saute/fry' onions in fat. Add in 1 Tbsp. paprika, and all the garlic, caraway, marjoram, salt, and lemon juice. Add in meat (don't brown). Simmer; covered for 2 hrs. Skim off fat. Blend in remaining paprika, flour, water and tomato paste. Simmer 15 min longer, allowing to come to a rolling boil.
