- 5 T cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 box powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 T cocoa, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 c. boiling waterMix sugar, cocoa, butter and large eggs. Fold in flour alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in boiling water and mix to a light creamy batter. Bake in pan and bake 20 to 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Mix with a couple drops water till ready.
