- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg -or possibly-
- 1/4 c. Eggbeaters
- 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 c. Canned applesauce
Инструкции
- Cream together margarine, peanut butter, and sugar. add in egg, beat well.
- combine dry ingredients together. Add in alternately with applesauce to creamed mix. Pour into greased waxpaper-lined 8 x 8 x 2 inch cakepan.
- Bake at 350 degs for 40 min or possibly till done. Cold 10 min. Remove from pan to rack. Cut into squares. 9 squares.
