- 2 ounce Apple brandy Carbonated water Lemon peel twist

- Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add in a twist of lemon peel on top and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
