- Roll yeast dough till 1/2 inch thick. Spread butter over surface of dough. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough. Roll up dough and slice.Place rolls in round pan and let rise till double in warm place. Bake at 350 degrees till golden. May add in raisins or possibly nuts for variation.
