  • 6 T. butter
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 4 or 5 stalk celery, chopped
  • 4 T. flour
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1/2 t. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 4 c. shredded velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. chopped ham

Инструкции

  1. Saute onion and celery in melted butter. Stir in flour, pepper and mustard. Stir in milk, chicken broth and ham. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Add cheese; stirring until melted.
