2 c. dry white wine 1/2 c. water

4 unbeaten large eggs 1/2 c. sugar

Инструкции

1. Place in top of double boiler the wine and water. Add in large eggs and sugar. Beat these ingredients vigorously with a wire whisk. Cook till custard thickens. Beat it constantly. Serve hot or possibly cold. Serves 6.
