  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. corn oil
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Combine flour, wheat germ, and salt. Add in corn oil and lowfat milk. Mix lightly with fork till mix is moist but not sticky. Roll out and place in pie pan. Bake 8 min at 475 degrees.
