- Grease 9x5 microwave loaf pan. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, tilting pan to coat. Set aside.
- Combine whole wheat and regular flour, cereal, cheese, baking pwdr, garlic salt, oregano and parsley. Set aside.
- In another bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Pour into dry mix and beat well. Spread batter proportionately into prepared dish. Shield ends with 2 inch strips of foil covering 1 inch of batter and wrapping rest around pan.
- Place dish on saucer in microwave. Microwave at 50% for 8 min rotating dish every 4 min. Remove foil. Increase power to high. Microwave 5-7 min or possibly till center springs back when touched lightly and top appears dry, rotating dish once. Let stand 5 min. Invert on wire rack. Serve hot.
