.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20lunch%20I%20packed%20a%20bit%20more%20food%20than%20yesterday,%20but%20because%20I%20only%20worked%20outside%202.5%20hours%20I%20didn't%20need%20to%20eat%20all%20of%20it.%20Today%20I%20planned%20to%20try%20a%20new%20coconut%20water,%20but%20because%20I%20didn't%20sweat%20a%20lot%20I%20didn't%20feel%20like%20I%20needed%20it;%20water%20satisfied%20my%20thirst.%20It%20was%20actually%20a%20bit%20cool%20here%20because%20a%20storm%20is%20rolling%20in,%20but%20even%20after%20several%20days%20of%20rain%20last%20week%20the%20wind%20still%20kicked%20up%20the%20dust,%20making%20me%20feel%20like%20sandpaper!%20For%20lunch%20I%20had%20the%20last%20of%20the%20leftover%20Spicy%20Thai%20Basil%20Beef%20and%20cauliflower%20rice,%20mixed%20berries%20with%20coconut,%20but%20skipped%20the%20salad%20to%20have%20for%20later%20because%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20food%20made%20me%20feel%20satisfied.With%20my%20big%20water%20jug%20in%20the%20picture%20too%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20afternoon%20I%20had%20a%20handful%20of%20the%20dry%20roasted%20cashews%20I%20made%20over%20the%20weekend%20(conveniently,%20one%20of%20my%20handfuls%20is%20exactly%20equal%20to%20a%20quarter%20cup)%20along%20with%20a%20grande%20China%20green%20tips%20tea%20from%20Starbucks.%20I%20had%20these%20while%20I%20entered%20some%20Excel%20data.%20After%20that,%20I%20went%20across%20the%20street%20to%20Sprouts%20and%20pick%20up%20some%20treats%20for%20my%20dad%20for%20Father's%20Day.%20I%20haven't%20had%20many%20cravings%20or%20temptation%20yet%20during%20this%20Whole%2030---I've%20thought%20about%20how%20good%20some%20chocolate%20would%20be---but%20I%20haven't%20given%20in.%20However,%20opening%20those%20bulk%20bins%20to%20check%20out%20some%20of%20the%20treats%20really%20triggered%20a%20big%20craving.%20It%20also%20made%20me%20think%20of%20how%20much%20I%20wanted%20some%20cheese,%20too.%20I%20didn't%20give%20in%20at%20all,%20but%20was%20it%20ever%20difficult!%20That's%20why%20this%20period%20of%20time%20is%20good%20for%20me%20because%20it%20will%20teach%20me%20some%20willpower.%20I%20have%20to%20remember%20my%20goals%20of%20health%20and%20how%20if%20I%20ate%20some%20of%20those%20things%20they%20would%20make%20me%20really%20feel%20terrible%20because%20they%20have%20gluten%20in%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBy%20the%20time%20I%20left%20the%20store%20I%20was%20hungry%20for%20dinner%20and%20had%20my%20mind%20on%20those%20tempting%20foods,%20but%20I%20came%20home%20and%20had%20a%20big%20salad%20instead.%20The%20salad%20was%20part%20of%20the%20salad%20I%20didn't%20eat%20for%20lunch,%20plus%20more%20mixed%20greens,%20purple%20cabbage,%20half%20of%20an%20avocado,%20some%20chopped%20almonds,%20and%20the%20meat%20of%20the%20leftover%20chicken%20from%20last%20night.%20I%20put%20the%20dressing%20I%20made%20yesterday%20on%20the%20salad%20too.%20I%20didn't%20workout%20today%20because%20I%20did%20yesterday%20and%20had%20two%20days%20where%20I%20worked%20hard%20outside.%20My%20back%20muscles%20were%20really%20sore%20so%20I%20thought%20a%20rest%20day%20was%20in%20order.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20I%20realized%20today%20is%20that%20if%20I%20can%20resist%20temptation%20now,%20I%20can%20resist%20it%20in%20the%20future!%20I%20just%20have%20to%20keep%20my%20goals%20in%20mind.%20I've%20got%20to%20ask%20myself%20%22how%20much%20do%20I%20want%20to%20be%20healthy?%22%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
