,%20I%20would%20say%20I'm%20doing%20well.%20Also,%20because%20of%20my%20knee%20trouble,%20the%20best%20form%20of%20cardio%20I%20can%20do%20right%20now%20is%20the%20stationary%20recumbent%20bike.%20In%20January%20I%20was%20only%20able%20to%20do%20level%201,%20now%20I%20do%20level%206%20and%207%20intervals,%20with%20level%207%20at%20the%20end%20for%20a%20final%20push.%20I%20actually%20think%20it's%20mostly%20a%20mental%20trick...I%20don't%20think%20I%20can%20lift%20the%20heavy%20weights,%20and%20therefore%20I%20can't.%20Now%20I%20at%20least%20try%20them%20and%20attempt%20to%20get%20into%20a%20positive%20mindset.%20Like%20last%20time,%20I%20was%20able%20to%20lift%2018%20lbs,%20so%20tonight%20I%20should%20be%20able%20to%20lift%2020%20lbs!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20know%20after%20a%20workout%20I%20should%20have%20a%20%22recovery%20meal,%22%20but%20I%20just%20wasn't%20hungry%20so%20I%20wasn't%20going%20to%20force%20myself%20to%20eat.%20Even%20though%20I%20had%20a%20peach%20in%20the%20morning,%20I%20had%20another%20one%20when%20my%20appetite%20perked%20up%20because%20it%20sounded%20perfect%20to%20me---not%20so%20much%20a%20craving,%20but%20it%20seemed%20like%20the%20right%20amount%20of%20food%20I%20wanted%20in%20my%20belly.%20It's%20not%20a%20scientific%20choice,%20I%20just%20listened%20to%20my%20body,%20and%20I%20don't%20think%20there's%20anything%20wrong%20with%20that%20:%20)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
