- Combine broth and wine in non-stick saucepan. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Mix together flour and lowfat milk in small c. till smooth. Stir into simmering broth. Cook and stir till mix is thick and bubbling. Sprinkle with onion pwdr, pepper and nutmeg, if you like. Thin with a little water, if necessary. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes about 2 c.. About 22 calories per serving.
