- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can mushrooms, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

- Saute/fry onion, butter, hamburger, garlic pwdr, pepper and salt in pan till brown. Add in mushrooms and chicken soup, stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat through. Serve over spaghetti or possibly noodles.
