- 3 c. cake flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 egg whites, stiffly beaten

- Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, add in salt and baking pwdr. Add in alternately flour mix with lowfat milk. Then add in vanilla and lastly stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake cake in 2 prepared 9 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 min or possibly till cake tests done. Ice with your favorite icing.
