  • 3 pkg. unfilled Lady Fingers
  • 1 pt. all-purpose cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) & 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, soften
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 lg. can fruit filling (your choice)
  • 9" springform pan

  1. Beat sugar and softened cream cheese till fluffy.In separate bowl whip cream and vanilla till stiff. Fold together the cheese and cream. Separate the Lady Fingers and line the sides of the pan, then firmly pack the bottom with fingers. Put 1/3 of filling in the pan, a layer of fruit, layer of fingers ending with fruit. Refrigerate 8 hrs. Remove springform.
