- Brown steaks in skillet. Remove. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute/fry mushrooms till lightly browned. Remove mushrooms and saute/fry zucchini a few min in same skillet. Stir in flour, onion, warm pepper sauce, tomatoes, vinegar and seasoning salt. Put mushrooms and steak back in skillet; cover and cook for 30 min or possibly till meat is tender. Divide into 4 servings. 270 calories each. Good and enjoyable regardless of diet.
