Ингредиенты

  • 4 (1 1/4 lb.) cube steak
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 med. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 dashes warm pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) tomatoes

Инструкции

  1. Brown steaks in skillet. Remove. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute/fry mushrooms till lightly browned. Remove mushrooms and saute/fry zucchini a few min in same skillet. Stir in flour, onion, warm pepper sauce, tomatoes, vinegar and seasoning salt. Put mushrooms and steak back in skillet; cover and cook for 30 min or possibly till meat is tender. Divide into 4 servings. 270 calories each. Good and enjoyable regardless of diet.
