  • 1 med. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 12 ounce. peeled, cooked potatoes, diced
  • 12 ounce. precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced

Инструкции

  1. Combine pepper, onions and water in non-stick skillet and cover. Cook over medium heat 3-4 min. Add in potatoes and sausage. Cook uncovered 2-3 min, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 3 P, 1 B, 1 V.
