- 1 pound roll turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 3 T flour
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms with liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 refrigerated biscuits, prepared as directed
Инструкции
- Spray heavy frying pan with release agent. Add in sausage, onion and a little water (approximately 1/4 cup). Scramble meat and onion. Cook till done and water is evaporated. Stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk and mushrooms with liquid. Cook till thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits. Doubled, this recipe makes a large pan full and we serve over toast.
