Ингредиенты

  • 2 pound venison round steak
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 onion, diced

Инструкции

  1. Cut meat into serving pcs. Season each with salt and pepper and dredge with flour. Heat pressure cooker, add in oil, then sear meat golden on both sides. Add in remaining ingredients, then close cover securely. Place regulator on vent pipe and cook for 15 min. Let pressure drop naturally.
