1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream corn 4 Large eggs

1 stick butter 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix

1. Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased or possibly Pam-sprayed 2 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees till brown, between 45-60 min.
