- Spread above mix over the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Measure 1/2 c. oil and 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk into a measuring c.. Blend. Pour the liquid into the flour and stir with a fork to mix. (Add in small amounts at a time.) Push dough over to bottom of the pan, toward the sides, with fingers, as proportionately as you can. Refrigeratefor an hour then fill or possibly bake for a one crust pie.
