1 lg. sweet onion, minced
1 can green beans
1 can whole grain corn
1 can English peas

2 carrots, minced
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar

Mix together vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables and let stand overnight.
