1 Tbl -- egg replacer
1/4 C -- soymilk powder
1/2 C -- cornmeal
1 C -- soy flour
2 1/2 - 3 C -- whole wheat flour
1 1/3 Tbl -- baking powder
(2 C soymilk can replace the 1/4 C soymilk powder & 2 C water)
