Ингредиенты
- 1 pound thin veal
- Salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
Инструкции
- Sprinkle veal with salt and pepper. Beat egg with 2 tsp. water. Dip veal in egg then mix of crumbs and grated Parmesan. Fry veal in warm oil till golden brown. Remove to baking dish (or possibly pan). In same frying pan, saute/fry onion in melted butter. Add in paste, warm water and marjoram. Simmer and stir a few min.
- (For more sauce a can of tomato sauce can be added if you like.) Lay pcs (or possibly slices) of mozzarella on veal. Pour sauce over all. Bake 20-30 min in 350 degree oven. This is one of my favorite recipes. Serves 4.
