- Lb. veal (or possibly chicken) till very thin according to directions given above.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika; spread on waxed paper or possibly large plate. Coat meat on both sides with mix; leave on paper in a single layer till needed.
- In a large skillet heat butter and oil till bubbly. Add in meat, single layer, and cook over medium heat till brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low; cover skillet; cook till tender, 3 to 5 min. Add in cream; cook uncovered a few min till cream has thickened to sauce consistency.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly buttered noodles. Serves 2.
