- Brown chops in 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet, about 5 min per side. Remove chops; keep hot. In same skillet, saute/fry onion in the remaining oil till tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add in broth, lowfat milk, tarragon and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil. boil 2 to 3 min till thickened. Spoon sauce over chops and serve with rice pilaf
