- Add yolk & vanilla & mix thoroughly.
- Combine flour & salt.
- Add to buter mixture & mix until dough is smooth.
- Dough will be very sticky.
- Wrap in plastic & refigerate for 2 hours or overnight before rolling out.
- Bake @ 350 10 - 13 minutes depending on thickness of cookie
