- Cut the Cantaloupe in two halves, remove the seeds and cut the rest in cubes.
- Cut the honeydew slice and the kiwi in cubes.
- Add the Cantaloupe cubes, the honeydew ones, the kiwi ones, ham and kernels in a bowl, mix it all and put it in the hollow melon half.
- Serve the dish right away with shreds of brown bread.
