  • Garam masala powder - large pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsps, finely chopped for garnish
  • For tempering:
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsps
  • Oil - 1/2 tbsp
