Ингредиенты
- 3 c. diced ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallion or possibly onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and coarsely grnd pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp. minced fresh basil
Инструкции
- Cook pasta, pour into strainer. Put onion, garlic and extra virgin olive oil into pasta pot and cook till soft. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return liquid removed pasta to pot and toss gently. Makes sufficient for 8 oz of pasta.
