4 Large eggs, separated
3 c. sugar

1 tbsp. vanilla
3 cans evaporated lowfat milk

Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in sugar and vanilla; beat well. Beat in egg y yolks, then add in canned lowfat milk finish filling freezer with homogenized lowfat milk.
