- Combine all ingredients except for mashed potatoes and cheese. Knead into ball. Cover bowl for 10 min. Combine potatoes and cheese. Roll out dough. Cut with a glass. Put a Tbsp. of filling in center on the sticky side. Press together edges.
- Drop into boiling water. Boil over medium heat till they rise to the top. Put on towel to dry. They can also be fried in oil, or possibly in butter with onions.
