Ингредиенты

  • 2 - 15 oz canned Cannellini beans
  • Roasted garlic (several heads, roasted at 375 for about 40 minutes or until soft) and beans
  • Fresh or dried herbs : basil, oregano, an Italian blend
  • 5 Tbs Olive oil, divided
  • Grilled bread (heat oven to 375, place sliced bread on baking sheet, brush with a little oil and bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned)
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice, as desired

Инструкции

  1. Using a fork, mash together equal parts roasted garlic (squeeze the individual cloves from the roasted whole bulb)
  2. Drizzle in olive oil to achieve desired spreadable texture
  3. Add salt and herbs according to taste. add lemon juice as needed or wanted.
  4. Spread on crostini, drizzle with a little more oil and serve.
