Turnip Swiss Cheese Puree

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound turnips, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 c. (2 ounce.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed

Инструкции

  1. Place turnips in a large saucepan, add in water to cover, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 min or possibly till turnips are tender. Drain.
  2. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add in turnips, cheeses, and remaining ingredients; top with cover, and process till smooth. Transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately.
  3. Serves 6.
