- Mix cornstarch, salt, water and soy sauce. Dredge turkey in cornstarch mix. Saute/fry onion in 1 Tbsp. oil. Add in celery and water chestnuts. Cook 2 min. Remove vegetables from pan.
- Saute/fry turkey in 1 Tbsp. oil till brown. Add in vegetables, pineapple and juice from 1/4 c. of juice. Simmer for 10 min. Serve warm with rice or possibly noodles. Serves 6.
