  • 1 pound grnd turkey
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. minced green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  1. In medium bowl mix all turkey patty ingredients. Shape into 4 to 6 (3/4 inch) thick patties. In 10 inch skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium high heat. Place patties in oil and cook 5 to 6 min or possibly till browned. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together all cucumber sauce ingredients. Serve sauce over patties. 4 to 6 servings.
