Ингредиенты

1/3 c. corn meal 1 teaspoon grnd cumin 1/2 teaspoon grnd coriander 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1 pound fresh turkey breast slices 1 egg white, slightly beaten Green salsa (recipe follows)

Инструкции

1. In shallow dish combine corn meal, cumin, coriander and garlic pwdr. Dip turkey slices in egg white. Coat with corn meal mix. Coat large non-stick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
2. Cook turkey slices over medium-high heat for 3-4 min on each side. Place on serving platter. Top with salsa. Serves 4.
