2 c. cut up cooked turkey 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 c. well minced onions 4 Large eggs

2 c. lowfat milk 1 c. Bisquick 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or possibly 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into dish. Bake till golden and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 min. Serves 6.
