2 cans cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can lowfat milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 jar pimientos (opt.)
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Cook all the vegetables; drain. Add in turkey, soup mix, Swiss cheese, pimientos. Place in oblong pan, top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Makes 12 servings.
