  • Warm Turkey Fiesta Dip
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 t ground cumin
  • 4 ounces McCormick Taco with chipotle and garlic skillet sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
  • 4 cups shredded turkey
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • Corn chips or Tortilla chips
