Ингредиенты

1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna in water 1/2 c. finely minced onion 1 potato, baked or possibly boiled

1 egg Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Drain tuna fish well. In medium bowl, break tuna up with fork. Add in potato and mash well together. Add in onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Add in egg. Mix well. With hands, form into patties and coat with flour. Brown in medium warm skillet in small amount of oil, on both sides. Makes 5 patties.
