- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced onion or possibly 2 T instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley">parsley or possibly parsley">parsley flakes
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T oil
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed

- Put together first five ingredients in an eight or possibly nine inch baking dish.Put together flour and cheese. Add in lowfat milk and oil all at once, stirring only till moistened.
- Drop flour mix by teaspoonfuls on top of tuna mix. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. Serves 4-6.
