%20carbs%20are%20not%20my%20best%20choice.%20It's%20disappointing%20to%20me%20because%20I%20do%20so%20well%20until%20lunch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20saw%20an%20%20E-%20book%20titled,%20Plan%20To%20Eat....%20It%20makes%20so%20much%20sense.%20When%20I%20don't%20plan,%20I%20end%20up%20eating%20according%20to%20my%20mood%20at%20that%20moment%20which%20is%20usually%20stressed,%20%20and%20then%20I%20want%20everything%20around.(%20and%20I%20do%20indulge%20and%20thus%20the%20reason%20for%20no%20weight%20loss)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToday,%20I%20have%20a%20plan.%20Last%20night%20I%20baked%20a%20spaghetti%20squash%20(%20click%20for%20easy%20way%20to%20bake%20it)%20%20and%20plan%20to%20have%20it%20for%20lunch%20today%20with%20some%20sauteed%20onions,%20garlic,%20tomatoes,%20and%20mushrooms.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Espaghetti%20squash%20,%20sauteed%20tomatoes,%20%20mushrooms,%20onions,%20and%20garlic%20I%20was%20still%20pleased%20with%20myself%20at%20lunch-%20I%20stuck%20to%20my%20plan..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20went%20to%20a%20women's%20group%20after%20lunch%20and%20fell%20prey%20to%20the%20snacks!!%20I%20wasn't%20even%20hungry,%20but%20as%20I%20socialized%20I%20indulged%20in%20some%20chips%20and%20humus,%20some%20nuts,%20and%20some%20other%20goodies%20I%20won't%20mention..%20I%20had%20such%20good%20intentions,%20but%20I%20didn't%20make%20it!!!%20When%20I%20finished%20snacking,%20I%20felt%20really%20stuffed%20and%20uncomfortable.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20wasn't%20supposed%20to%20snack,%20nor%20was%20I%20even%20hungry!.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20plan%20a%20snack%20for%20when%20I%20returned%20home%20.%20I%20%20made%20these%20healthy%20little%20quinoa%20%20berry%20tartlettes%20in%20muffin%20tins.%20They%20are%20a%20cross%20between%20a%20sweet%20kugel%20and%20a%20crumbly%20mess.%20Regardless,%20they%20taste%20decent%20and%20are%20healthy%20and%20low%20calorie.%20I%20have%20to%20work%20%20to%20improve%20the%20texture%20of%20%20the%20recipe,%20but%20not%20sure%20what%20it%20needs.(%20%20It's%20made%20from%20cooked%20quinoa,%20egg%20whites,%20lemon%20juice,%20lemon%20zest,%20%20and%20fresh%20berries)%20.%20I'm%20experimenting%20with%20the%20recipe%20to%20try%20to%20make%20it%20vegan%20and%20will%20publish%20it%20soon.%20Obviously%20I'm%20too%20full%20to%20eat%20one%20of%20these%20healthy%20snacks%20now.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20it's%20dinner%20time%20,%20and%20of%20course%20I'm%20not%20hungry..%20I%20think%20I'll%20have%20a%20big%20glass%20of%20water%20and%20then%20go%20to%20the%20gym%20and%20try%20to%20redeem%20myself.%20Tomorrow%20is%20another%20day!!%20I'll%20try%20again.%20I%20need%20to%20get%20serious.%20I%20have%2020%20pounds%20to%20lose..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHow%20do%20you%20stay%20on%20a%20food%20plan?%20How%20do%20you%20resist%20temptation.%20I'm%20open%20to%20hear%20your%20stories%20and%20suggestions...%20Please%20leave%20a%20comment.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
